I Wasn’t Built for the System. I Was Built to Rethink It.
I didn’t grow up inside a system. I grew up outside it, watching how structure fails those it was never built to hold. I wasn’t handed order. I built it. That meant learning to move without a map and asking better questions when the answers didn’t make sense.
I ran a small business through the recession, supported displaced workers during war and pandemic, and led from the ground rather than the podium. I have worked in hospitals, startups, and research labs. I have seen what breaks people, what helps them recover, and how systems can be redesigned with clarity and care.
My work blends lived experience with science and design. I have trained teams, overhauled onboarding systems, and presented neuroscience research. Whether building behavioral interventions or creating tools for compliance, I lead with precision, curiosity, and a focus on people the world often overlooks.
I do not wait for better systems. I build them. I use what I have learned—from survival to science—to clear the path for others.
