Data Visualization

A flat vector illustration of a computer monitor with a colorful pie chart on the left and a bar graph on the right. The monitor is gray with a pale blue screen, while the chart elements feature shades of teal, gold, and dark gray. The style is clean and modern, with bold outlines and a slight glow, matching a cohesive toolkit theme.

Whether I’m building interactive dashboards in Power BI, creating clean spreadsheets or presenting scientific findings through innovative poster design, I love transforming complex data into visuals that are clear, accessible, and impactful. My goal is always the same: help people see what matters.

Optimization

A flat vector illustration of a yellow-orange toolbox with a gray handle, accompanied by three tools: a wrench, a gear, and a screwdriver. The tools are cleanly outlined in dark gray and float above or beside the toolbox, symbolizing utility and systems design.

I redesign processes to run smoother, faster, and with less overhead. From boosting lab protocol success rates from 16% to 100%, to cutting training admin time by 90% and saving over $30K annually with in-house solutions, my approach centers on leveraging existing resources for the best possible result.

Training

A flat vector illustration of a computer monitor displaying a stylized training session. On the screen is a simple human figure next to a presentation board with an upward yellow arrow. In the foreground, a golden graduation cap symbolizes learning and professional development. The design uses clean lines and a modern color palette of gray, teal, and gold.

With over 20 years of experience in both in person and virtual settings, I design training that is clear, flexible, and built for mastery. My work spans clinical onboarding, professional development, and instruction for neurodivergent learners, combining strong support with high expectations to promote growth and lasting competence.

Leadership

A flat vector illustration of two simplified human figures on a stylized mountain. The larger, gray-blue figure stands at the peak, reaching down to help lift a smaller golden-yellow figure who is climbing upward. The design uses smooth outlines and a harmonious color palette to symbolize supportive leadership and mentorship.

I believe leadership means showing up and setting the tone through action. I have guided teams through crisis logistics, launched training across time zones, and managed communication during geopolitical conflict. Leadership, for me, is about building trust, driving momentum, and creating systems that hold—even when conditions do not.
